Fidelity Reports

The Texas Department of State Health Services conducts an annual review of the Local Mental Health Authorities to examine their implementation of Resiliency and Disease Management. The purpose of the fidelity assessment in Resiliency and Disease Management is to ensure appropriate implementation of Evidence-Based Practices (EBP) and to promote recovery. System measures of implementation and adherence are important to demonstrate the validity of outcome data and to provide DSHS with the ability to support the most effective practices throughout the State. Critical to the success of the fidelity process is detailed feedback and recommendations to providers that can be used to improve services.
