Administrative Requirements

The following federal and state documents establish the basis of the principles for determining the allowable costs of grants, contracts, and other agreements.  They include various OMB Circulars, Title 48, and the UGMS. Uniform Grant Management Standards

The UGMS provides financial management procedures and standards for state agencies. The UGMS is published by the Governor's Office to provide a consistent set of financial management procedures and standards for state agencies modified versions of OMB Circulars # A-87, A-102 and A-133.
