Be a leader on the town

When you are out with your friends, every decision you make is your own. You are responsible for what you do and how you do it.

Tests are not left to the classroom; you will be tested in your social situations as well. Be a leader, and make positive choices that you can really be proud of!

Just days before his high school prom, Brandon Silveria drove home after consuming alcohol at a party and was nearly killed in a car crash. He spent three months in a coma and several years in rehabilitation. Today, he still suffers from a permanent brain injury and walking disabilities.

Brandon talks with difficulty, but he has made it his mission to tell teens everywhere that it is extremely dangerous to drink and drive. It can be a life-ending choice.

According federal statistics, Texas remains one of the deadliest states in the nation when it comes to alcohol-related traffic fatalities.

It's not a joke. Alcohol can get you into real trouble. In Texas in 2005, the FBI reported that 1,211 youths under age 18 were arrested for driving under the influence!

Be a leader. Make the right choice. Stay alcohol-free.
