PRIVACY AND SITE SECURITY: For site management functions, information is collected for analysis and statistical purposes. This information is not reported or used in any manner that would reveal personally identifiable information, and will not be released to any outside parties unless legally required to do so in connection with law enforcement investigations, other legal proceedings, or the Texas Public Information Act. • "Protocol" - The Protocol (HTTP, FTP) version used by the user (ex.HTTP 1.0 or HTTP 1.1)
• "URI Stem" - The resource that the user accessed (ex. HTML page, ASP script)
• "URI Query" - The query, if any, the user was trying to perform (ex. Search Strings)

This information is retained according to requirements in state law. This information is subject to the Texas Public Information Act and may have to be released to the public upon written request.

We will not collect or sell your information for commercial purposes, but it is subject to the Texas Open Records Act.
