TALCB Online Licensing Services

Trainees Please Note:

Application and supporting documentation must be mailed to TALCB postmarked by the expiration date. Failure to submit ALL acceptable supporting documentation will result in the expiration of the trainee authorization.
NOTE: ONLY the renewal form and PAYMENT may be completed online.

All EXCEPT Trainees Please Note These Three Points:

  1. General Certified, Residential Certified, State Licensed and Provisionally Licensed Appraisers MUST take the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course

  2. Regarding Renewals: If you experience difficulty and are unable to confirm that your renewal application has been processed, you should mail a renewal card and fee to TALCB before the expiration of your certification. An UNSUCCESSFUL attempt to renew electronically does NOT satisfy the statutory requirement of filing the renewal application and paying the fee prior to expiration of the certification.

  3. Tip: The online version of this application asks for the same kinds of information as the paper-based version. To help ensure a quick and successful completion, you may wish to have these items of information close at hand before proceeding.
