We're here to help! Tax Assistance's regular hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, CST.
Our call volume is typically lowest from 7:30 to 10 a.m. and from 4 to 5:30 p.m., which may help you plan the best time to contact our office. Having your 11-digit taxpayer number ready will also help us better assist you with your account.
Every call is important and we are committed to assisting you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that call volume can be very high during peak tax filing periods:

NOTE: Monthly sales tax reports are due on the 20th of each month. If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is the next business day. Call volume will rise to some extent on these due dates, but will not be as high as those shown above.
