The Bicycle Advisory Committee advises the Transportation Commission on bicycle issues and matters related to the Safe Routes to School Program.
Public Participation
By involving representatives of the public, including bicyclists and other interested parties, the department helps ensure effective communication with the bicycle community.
The bicyclist's perspective will be considered in the development of departmental policies affecting bicycle use, including the design, construction and maintenance of highways.
