The Permit Service Center (PSC) has been established to:

  • serve as a clearinghouse for coastal permitting activities on the lower Texas coast
  • act as point of contact with the public to provide basic permitting assistance
  • offer information, guidance and application forms
  • establish and maintain a Web site containing the Joint Permit Application Form (JPAF) and permitting information
  • receive and review JPAF information for completeness
  • forward completed applications to the proper agencies

As a potential applicant, will be asked a series of questions to determine which permit applications you will need for your project.
