o privada, educativa o no-educativa, localizada fuera del estado
de Texas TENDRÁ que obtener permiso por escrito de la Agencia
de Educación de Texas y se le requerirá que obtenga
un acuerdo de permiso que puede incluir pago por el derecho de usar
el Material o derechos de autor.
