Welcome to the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

The mission of the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners is to promote, preserve, and protect the health, safety, and economic welfare of the people of Texas through the regulation of the practice of chiropractic.

The Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners exists to ensure the highest quality professionals serve Texas chiropractic patients effectively and ethically. To that end, the Board examines and licenses chiropractors, licenses chiropractic facilities, registers chiropractic radiological technicians, and enforces the law that governs the practice of chiropractic (Occupations Code, Title 3, Subtitle C, Chapter 201). The TBCE also provides information to the public, including verification of licensure, and general information about the profession.
