Cardiovascular Health and Wellness
The Cardiovascular Health and Wellness Program provides technical assistance, training and consultation on the development of policy and environmental change strategies to decrease risk factors for heart disease and stroke and increase chances for people in Texas to establish a heart and stroke healthy lifestyle.
