Department seeks input for 2010 housing program rules

TDHCA has scheduled a series of six public hearings to accept comment on a wide ranging set of rules and policy documents that will shape the state’s affordable housing programs for 2010. The hearings will be held beginning September 28 in Dallas and continue through October 12 in Austin, El Paso, Harlingen, Houston, and Lubbock.

A complete list of agenda topics, along with information about the hearing times and locations, is available. The comment period for all rules and policy documents runs September 18 through October 26, 2009.
