Metal Recycling Program

The department has established this statewide electronic reporting system to track
the sales of regulated metal reported to the department under
Section 1956.036.
Reporting of Information to the Department
Anyone operating as a metal recycling entity dealer within the state of Texas is
required to register with the Department. Recycling entity dealers can register
with the department via this website.
