Unclaimed Property Statutes
A copy of Title 6 Texas Property Code may be found on the Texas Legislature Online Web site. Chapters 72 through 75 govern the State of Texas Unclaimed Property Program. Chapter 76 applies only to Texas counties, municipalities and independent school districts.
