Summary
House Bill 472 (HB 472) is the Texas Telemarketing Disclosure and Privacy Act. In phase I of this project, Gryphon Networks was selected to be the vendor responsible for establishing and maintaining the Texas no-call list database. The no-call list database has been operational since January 1, 2002. To register, visit www.texasnocall.com.

P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.484 (relating to Texas Electric No Call List) and P.U.C. Subst. R. 26.37 (relating to Texas No Call List) implement Title IV of the BUSINESS AND COMMERCE CODE, Chapter 44 Subchapter C, 44.103
