TDLR continuing education providers use a web-based system enabling them to submit course completion documentation on the TDLR web site. Providers may access the new system from the Continuing Education Provider web page on the TDLR web site, by clicking on the Post CE Rosters link found under Online Services on the right side of the page.
Once signed on to the roster web site using the provider registration and PIN, the provider need only enter the license numbers of those licensees completing a course. The PIN can be found on the registration certificate sent to each provider. The PIN may be requestedby sending an email containing the registered provider name and number to ce@license.state.tx.us. Complete roster filing instructions are available on the Continuing Education Completion Reporting Site in the Operations Manual.
The roster system allows licensees to obtain credit almost immediately once a course has been completed. It also reduces data entry requirements for providers and allows for quick verification that the information provided to TDLR is accurate.
Continuing education established by law (Texas Occupation Code, Chapter 51 Section 405) and rule (Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 59) will apply to department licensees as specified by each set of occupation rules. Request program updates by subscribing to the TDLR list server.
