Obtaining Digital Imaging Services

Forms

Imaging Needs Assessment (MS Word Document)
Work Request for Digital Imaging (MS Word Document)

A state agency which wishes to obtain digital imaging services must do so through a contract between Neubus and the State Council on Competitive Government, by and for the Texas State Library and Archives Commission.

In order to obtain these services a Participating State Agency (PSA) must submit a work request and a needs assessment to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) for each records series it wishes to have scanned by Neubus. These forms can be found at:

Imaging Needs Assessment (MS Word Document)
Work Request for Digital Imaging (MS Word Document)

Submit the completed forms to Tim Nolan, Program Planning and Research Specialist, at TSLAC.

TSLAC will review the work request and needs assessment and will either approve or disapprove the request.

If the request is approved, TSLAC will return the signed/approved work request to the PSA. The PSA is then authorized to contact Neubus directly and begin work. Be sure to present Neubus with a copy of the approved work request.

If the request is not approved the analyst can work with you to resolve the issue.
