Central Records Filing Procedures

All filings regardless of their size and number of copies must be sent to the following address for processing per §22.71(b):

Any filing consisting of 10 pages or larger; must be filed electronically per §22.72(h).

Every filing must include one copy (not the original) unbound and numbered from start to finish per §22.72(g)(2).

Although the electronic documents may be sent in advance of the paper copy, they are not processed and added to the PUC Interchange On-Line Index of Filings until the paper copy is received and file-stamped in Central Records.
