Open Records Poster Versions

1. This is the OFFICIAL sign provided for your convenience.
2. The PDF format is ready for download. The Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your system before you can read or print the following applications. If you do not already have the Reader, you can download it now and follow the instructions given for its installation.
3. a. To print the PDF format, please choose the "Shrink to fit" option, and print it on a legal size sheet (8-1/2" x 14").
   b. Other formats may print in regular size, but when posted side by side, they will comply with the requirement to be no smaller than 8-1/2" x 14".
4. For your convenience, the sign is also available in HTML.
5. The printed sign may be laminated.
6. The sign must be displayed in one or more places in the administrative offices of your governmental body.

If you will send her your address, she will mail you two copies of the sign. You will be responsible for making enough copies for your governmental body.
