	The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), seeks a vendor to develop and implement a process for exchanging clinical data between the STAR Health electronic health record system known as the Health Passport (Passport) and network providers’ electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
