Senate Bill 9

The specific provisions of SB 9 relating to fingerprinting have been incorporated into the Texas Education Code (Sec. 22.0831 – 22.087).

The SBEC fingerprinting rules are in Chapter 232, Subchapter C, of the Texas Administrative Code.

The Commissioner fingerprinting rules are in Chapter 153, Subchapter DD, of the Texas Administrative Code.
