vNotices! - Registration Procedures

The CourtStuff.com site has innovated a feature called vNotices! that utilizes a Judicial Information System Technology (JIST) robot developed by Charles Matz to email electronic "virtual" notices (vNotices!) of case activity.
Most frequent question: "How much does it cost?"
Answer: Like all of the information available on the CourtStuff.com site, registration and vNotices! are "
Free".

vNotices! - Features and Making Changes

After "Cost" and "How do I Register/Subscribe", the most frequently asked vNotice! question is:
Change of Email address   Reregister with your new information and send an email to thewebmaster @ courtstuff.com notifying him when you want your previous registration deleted.

For other features and for changes other than email address changes please note the following:
vNotices! (electronic notes) are transmitted in five forms:

Case DOT_CL~1.GIF (42 bytes) Emailed when changes occur in a particular case. The user tells the system their email address and the case number(s) they wish to receive vNotices for. Then, when the web site is updated, if changes are noted in the information for the case(s), an email is sent describing the changes.
Calendar Emailed when the 5th Court's Clerk's office Case Management program indicates a "Due" date on the Case "Calendar". (ex. If Calendar says Appellant's Brief Due on a particular date, if (1) Calendar vNotices! are requested and (2) the user has "Subscribed" the case to receive vNotices!, then in addition to the "Case" vNotices!, "Calendar" vNotices! are emailed on that "Due" date
Tickler Same as Calendar vNotices! but emailed 1 week prior to "Due" date.
Filings Emailed when new cases of a particular type are docketed. Users have the option of requesting a listing of new cases filed from any of the following categories:
(1) Send listing for any new (or reactivated) cases that are docketed
(2) Send listing for any new (or reactivated) Civil cases that are docketed
(3) Send listing for any new (or reactivated) Criminal cases that are docketed
(4) Do not send any new cases listings
Opinion Emailed when opinions of a particular type issue. When users "register" with the system, they have the option of also requesting a listing of opinions from any of the following categories:
(1) Send listing for any opinions that issue
(2) Send listing for any Civil opinions that issue
(3) Send listing for any Civil opinions that are published that issue
(4) Send listing for any Criminal opinions that issue
(5) Send listing for any Criminal opinions that are published that issue
(6) Send listing for any Published opinions (Civil or Criminal) that issue
(7) Do not send an opinion listing
When the web site is updated, listings for the various opinion categories are emailed automatically to users.

How to register for vNotices!, as easy as 1-2-3
Step 1 DOT_CL~1.GIF (42 bytes) User must register their email address with the CourtStuff site. The Registration form is found at http://courtstuff.net/5th/register.html
Step 2 On the registration form is a box to indicate the type of "Opinion" vNotices! to send. Fill in the form; select the appropriate type of "Opinions"; and Submit the form. Confirmation will be emailed to the address submitted when the registration is completed.
Step 3 After the confirmation of registration is received, send an email addressed to CaseInfo@CourtStuff.com and on the subject line type the word Subscribe and the 5th Court's case number (i.e. Subscribe 05-96-01234-CV). For example: If johndoe@anyplace.com wanted to subscribe for case number 05-97-01234-CR, the email should be as follows:
From: johndoe@anyplace.com
