SECURITY CERTIFICATE INFORMATION

**NOTE: OCA has released a new security certificate 01/12/2009. Update accordingly.**

For Internet Explorer users only (all other browsers see below):
  • In IE, go to Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates > Intermediate Certification Authority & Trusted Root Certificate Authorities
  • NEXT, REMOVE all 'Office of Court Administration' or 'Texas Courts Online' certificates listed.
  • FINALLY, click this auto-install certificate link.
For all other browsers (e.g., Firefox, etc.):
To avoid/prevent CaseMail delivery problems:
  • Make sure to add case.info@courts.state.tx.us to your contact list (a.k.a., safe or buddy lists) so that the emails are not filtered to your JUNK, BULK and/or TRASH folder.
  • After 10 unsuccesful email delivery attempts, your CaseMail account will be automatically deactivated. You will need to contact the casemail administrator for account reactivation.
  • Auto-reply requests for email-approval or spam-prevention forms or requests for information will not be addressed or completed.
