NCLB Compliance Monitoring

In order to demonstrate to USDE that Texas is conforming to the laws and regulations put forth in the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) and the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), TEA monitors the LEAs for compliance.
