Registration Form for Public Testimony
Public testimony is limited to the topics for discussion or action on the date of the regular board and committee meetings, and a 30-minute open forum at the start of regular board meetings. Time limit for individual testimony is three (3) minutes, unless the Board extends the time. Please fax registration form to 512-463-8762.
Written Copies
of Testimony - Registrants are encouraged to bring written copies of their testimony
to the meeting for distribution. Twenty (20) copies are sufficient to distribute
to all board members and staff. Written testimony should not exceed three (3)
pages of double-spaced text and should be attached to a completed registration
form. Written testimony may be submitted in person at the meeting or by mail,
fax (512-463-8762) or electronic mail until two business days following the meeting. However,
written testimony offered in lieu of oral testimony should be submitted two
business days before the meeting to insure that members have had an opportunity
to consider it.
