In June 2004, the TABC Marketing Practices Section began publishing bulletins to clarify certain marketing issues. It is our hope that these clarifications improve internal and external communications, and ensure a more consistent interpretation and application of the statutes across the state. The following bulletins reflect our staff opinions on inquiries presented to us after taking into consideration the specific circumstances involved and the relevant statutes. We will continuously review these opinions and issue new bulletins as necessary to reflect revised statutes, changing circumstances, and industry trends.
