CPA encourages using the online registration tool. However, vendors have the option of downloading a registration application (MS Word or PDF version). Please submit the hard copy application and $70.00 fee to CPA and allow 30 days for processing for mailed-in applications. Online applications are processed in appoximately 30 minutes.
