Disciplinary Actions Taken Against Students

As part of the implementation of the 14-point test security plan, districts will have an additional reporting requirement beginning with the spring 2008 administrations. Any disciplinary action taken against a student for cheating on a state assessment must be reported to TEA using the form below.
