Functions and Duties:

The division of Education & Training Programs is made up of three entities responsible for curricular and program development, maintenance and validation, training provider assistance and evaluation, and examination administration, to include development, maintenance, validation, coordination of exam sites, and providing exam results.

The Special Projects Unit is responsible for on-line and distance education, database management, data analysis, report development, web management, technology infrastructure, systems, and program security.

The Field Assistance Unit, which is also part part of the Education and Training Division, contains employees who are located in specific geographic regions state-wide. These employees work with agencies on-site.
