The Sunset Commission is Composed of 12 members
5 members of the Senate appointed by the Lieutenant Governor, 5 members of the House of Representatives appointed
by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and 2 members of the public, one each appointed by the Lieutenant
Governor and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

House Members		Chair and Vice Chair of the Sunset Advisory Commission  The Lieutenant Governor and the Speaker of the House designate a presiding officer from their respective appointees every two years.
