Documents. The council's document distribution office provides copies of house legislative documents, council publications, and redistricting and other materials to members of the legislature and the general public. The secretary of the senate operates a senate document distribution office to distribute copies of senate legislative documents.
Cost. Most materials are distributed to members of the legislature at no charge. The general public and state agencies are assessed a charge for most materials. For a listing of available documents, their cost, and payment methods, see the document price information pages.
Internet Availability. Legislation, floor calendars, journals, the Texas Constitution, Texas statutes, committee membership, information on legislative districts, and other materials are viewable and printable from Texas Legislature Online. TLC publications are accessible through this website.
