The next meeting of the Texas Racing Commission has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2009. The agenda will be available on the website no later than Tuesday, October 13.

The Commission has tentatively scheduled its 2008 meetings for the first Tuesday of each even month.

The Agendas and Commission Actions as well as the transcripts for past meetings are available beginning with the August 8, 2000 meeting.

Each Commission meeting is recorded by a certified court reporter and a written transcript is made. Trancripts for the past few meetings are available here. If you want to view the transcripts in a more readable format, right click on the Transcript link, save the link (Save Link As or File/Save As) to the directory of your choice and then open it using a standard text processing program, such as Note Pad, MS Word, etc. Due to variations in these software programs, the formatted page(s) may vary from the transcript available in the Commission's offices.
