Texas courtroomTDLR announces four vacancies on the Licensed Court Interpreter Advisory Board established by Texas Government Code, Chapter 57. The announcement will be published in the February 6, 2009 publication of the Texas Register.

The Licensed Court Interpreter Advisory Board was unable to hold a formal meeting scheduled for September 19 in Austin. The next meeting has not been scheduled yet.

 

 

The Licensed Court Interpreters program licenses, tests, and regulates those individuals who provide interpretations in a court room for individuals who do not speak English. For more information about court interpreters, e-mail TDLR at court.interpreters@license.state.tx.us.
