AUSTIN - The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filed Agreed Orders with Administrative Penalities against twelve (12) individuals for barbering violations.

Barbershop owner receives Agreed Order
Gloria Andrade, d/b/a National Barber Shop - $2,750
- Leased to an individual who did not hold Class A Barber License
- Leased to an individual who did not hold a Barber Booth Permit
- Improper storage of barbering tools
- Failure to keep furniture in good condition

Barbershop leases to unlicensed barber, receives Agreed Order

Barber renting space without a booth rental permit receives Agreed Order
