  • All information, including personal information sent to and collected by TABC become records of a governmental entity.TABC is required to keep agency records, by record type for the period of time in the TABC Records Retention Schedule approved by the Texas State Library.(Government Code, Chapter 441, Subchapter L)
  • All information created, assembled or maintained by TABC is public information and is subject to disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act, unless an exception to disclosure applies to the information.(Government Code, Chapter 552)
