The Health and Human Services Commission procures goods and services necessary to carry out the agency's functions pursuant to authority granted in the Texas Government Code § 2155.144 .

Our goal is to purchase goods and services that sustain foster and support the agency's vision, mission and philosophy. HHSC is also committed to expanding businesses through the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program administered by the Texas Building and Procurement Commission.
