To gain "first-time" access to SBEC Online, follow
the steps below:
1) Fill Out & Sign the top portion -
All entity employees/agents must first sign the Access to Confidential Data
form
2) Sign the bottom portion - The Superintendent/Executive
Director/Dean of Education/or other authorized individual needs to sign the
Access to Confidential Data form
3) Fax - Fax the completed User Agreement,
Terms of Limited Access to Confidential Data form to (512) 936-8298, Attention:
SBEC Online.
Once
SBEC receives the authorization form, we will reply via e-mail to the individual
whose e-mail is listed as the user (generally within 24 hours, except Saturday
and Sunday) with the initial Identification, Password, and web address allowing
access to the SBEC Online system.

SBEC Home Page and select "Online Services for Educators" at the top of the
page to login and/or create their personal account.
