The Legal Division is responsible for providing legal services that support the agency's mission and critical functions. The legal services provided include support for the Board, the prosecution of violations of the Dental Practice Act and the Board's rules, and specific support for the agency’s Executive, Enforcement, Licensing and Administrative divisions. The Legal Division Staff includes the General Counsel, four attorneys, one Legal Administrator, and one Legal Clerk/Administrative Technician.
