Members' Right to Know*
- With few exceptions, individuals are entitled to request to be informed about the information that TRS collects about them.
- Individuals are entitled to receive and review that information upon request.
- Individuals are entitled, as provided in the law, to have TRS correct information about them in TRS records that is incorrect.
