NOAA Teacher at Sea, Bob Oddo, sets sail on the Ron Brown.

Robert Oddo, a science teacher at Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua, NY, was aboard NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown for 30 days in July and August while scientists conducted research in an area of the Atlantic east of the Bahamas, which is one of the main development regions of hurricanes that threaten the U.S. You can read more about this important scientific work by clicking here.
