More than 17 million people from all walks of life signed a global call-to-action in advance of the Copenhagen climate talks. The petition, one of the largest of its kind, was led by TckTckTck -- an alliance of over 300 organizations representing a broad range of social and environmental causes. Though the UN climate talks have yet to deliver the fair, ambitious and binding treaty on carbon pollution, the climate movement continues to grow stronger every day.

The verdict is in -- record breaking weather extremes around the globe are increasing as a result of human-made carbon pollution. But there is good news. The latest research shows we can transition to clean, renewable energy sources while supporting healthy, sustainable economic development. There's only one climate.
