The only Emmy prediction I feel 100 percent comfortable making is that Neil Patrick Harris will do well as host. Judging by his relaxed performance at the Tony Awards, the one-time Doogie Howser, star of "Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog" and Barney on "How I Met Your Mother" is a natural.
