- Cumulative Recovery Act Medicaid FMAP State draw downs totaled about $29.8 billion, as of Sept. 11.
- Secretary Sebelius and HRSA Administrator Mary Wakefield announced $33.2 million in Recovery Act grant awards for the diversity and public health sections of the Health Professions funds. The funds are part of the $500 million Recovery Act funds allotted to HRSA to address workforce shortages. (Sept. 11)
