Courtroom Etiquette
Respondents and visitors appearing before the court must present a photo identification (drivers license is acceptable) if requested by security.
At NO time are any electronic recording devices permitted in Immigration Court space. Courtroom etiquette must be observed. Proper business attire must be worn at all times. No hats or caps will be allowed. Food, drinks, chewing gum or other consumables will not be allowed in court.
There is NO SMOKING in the facility. NO cellular phones, pagers or other media devices are authorized/utilized in court controlled space.
