Our three-fold mission includes natural resource protection, food safety and consumer protection, and agricultural marketing.
Century Farm & Ranch Program events

Come celebrate at the State Fair on September 5, 2009. Nineteen farming and ranching families will be inducted into the Century Farm & Ranch Program. The afternoon ceremony will highlight the history of each of the families and ODA Director Katy Coba will greet the award winners onstage. Two "logo" cakes by Roth's Family Markets and chocolate milk from the Tillamook Creamery Association will be served free of charge.

The CF&R Program and the Oregon Agricultural Education Foundation announce "Eating It Up in Eden," the program's first-ever heritage cookbook. Oregon century farms and ranches submitted family favorites and over 100 recipes that are guaranteed to bring everyone to the table. Books are available for purchase through the CF&R Program or in the Information Office at ODA.
