ORDER MODIFYING FINAL JUDGMENT

Plaintiff United States, Defendant Halliburton Company, and W-H Energy Services, Inc., the purchaser of the divestiture assets from Halliburton, having moved this Court for an order modifying the Final Judgment herein, and the Court having considered the information presented in the joint motion, and the Court finding that it is in the public interest to modify the Final Judgment;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Final Judgment entered herein on April 1, 1999, be modified so that the second sentence of Paragraph 4(a) of Schedule A reads: "HESI will arrange to make available to purchaser for a period up to two years after the divestiture the Gas Research Institute's test well in Catoosa, OK for a charge not to exceed the amount charged by the Gas Research Institute on a rental basis to the industry."
