- ..unless you have already contacted our General Manager and been told that the date(s) is/are available for you, AND made arrangements for paying your Booking Deposit.
- ..if you have not contacted our Technical Manager and discussed your event's backstage and technical needs.
- ..if your Event or Organization cannot meet the requirements listed on our Rental Information page.
Submission of this application does not ensure your rental, it is only an application.
Fill in the application as completely as possible. Estimate if necessary. Call us if you have questions or need assistance with the form. ‘Required’ fields that are incomplete will prevent delivery of the form.
Click the Submit button to review your Application.
Incomplete or incorrect information in the form will be highlighted in orange and will prevent delivery of your Rental Application until all items are corrected and the Submit button is clicked again.
A full listing of the information you entered will be shown on a new separate "Thank you" page when your Application has been successfully submitted. Please print a copy of that page for your records.
If you don't see the "Thank you" page, your Application was NOT sent or received.
