ORDER TO SUBSTITUTE CORRECTED VERSION OF PROPOSED FINAL JUDGMENT

The Court having received the unopposed motion and memorandum of plaintiff United States to substitute a corrected version of the proposed Final Judgment for the version attached to the Preservation of Assets Stipulation and Order, entered by the Court on October 26, 2004, and plaintiff United States having represented to the Court that it has discussed its Motion with plaintiffs (Texas and Connecticut) and defendants (Cingular Wireless Corp., SBC Communications Inc., BellSouth Corp., and AT&T Wireless Services, Inc.) pursuant to LCvR 7(m), and that defendants and plaintiffs do not object to this filing which corrects the proposed Final Judgment to read as all parties had originally intended, it is hereby

ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED:

That the attached corrected proposed Final Judgment shall replace the previously submitted version of the proposed Final Judgment attached to the Preservation of Assets Stipulation and Order entered on October 26, 2004.
