Mr. Dinelli holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Eastern New Mexico University and a Juris Doctorate from Saint Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Dinelli has been practicing law in New Mexico for over 30 years, 8 years of which were in private practice. Mr. Dinelli has served New Mexico in many governmental positions including: 10 years as a Prosecutor; Assistant District Attorney; Assistant Attorney General; and Chief Deputy District Attorney for Bernalillo County. Mr. Dinelli has also served the City of Albuquerque directly by being the Director of the Albuquerque Safe City Strike Force, which includes representatives from Police, Fire, Planning, Community Services and Legal Departments and as a City Councilor from 1985 to 1989, where he was the Vice President and the Finance Chair.
