BACKGROUND: This Information Memorandum conveys the "Compendium of Promising Practices/Good Ideas in Child Support Enforcement - 2006." The Compendium is a Federal source for learning about successful child support programs and organizational practices. You may also find the compendium electronically on our internet site: http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cse. We thank all agencies for contributing the practices in this edition.
